With towel assist 1 set of 5 to 15 minutes

Curl 3 sets of 10 reps
3 sets of 10 reps
3 sets of 10 reps
3 sets 15 reps
3 sets of 15 reps
After this phase, we will re assess and begin another phase of rehabilitation…..
